The Qatari businessman, 45, bought the French club in 2011 and quickly became notorious for huge investment – spending 300m on Neymar and Kylian Mbappe alone. And according to L’Equipe, he is keen to venture out into English football due to PSG’s continued woes in Europe. The respected French publication reports that Al-Khelaifi has been in talks with Leeds for ‘months’, with Nottingham Forest also on his radar. Radrizzani spent heavily last summer in a bid to secure Premier League promotion, but Leeds fell short, losing to Derby in the play-off semi-finals.The club missed out on a 200million windfall by failing to go up – and it is understood Radrizzani will struggle to fund another promotion bid, especially given the uncertainty surrounding his sports broadcast company Eleven Sports UK.

That 250k would be sitting in all the clubs' bank accounts anyway! It's not as if the clubs had set aside that money to be used as charitable donations either. If clubs want to do more for other worthy causes such as food banks, grass roots football etc, then they have plenty of money to do that anyway.
