While Liverpool are reported to be preparing an 85million offer for Dembele, Arsenal also remain in the hunt for the Barcelona forward. The Camp Nou club are believed to be ready to cash in on Dembele, and the Gunners may look to take advantage of their willingness to sell the France international.While the financial outlay to buy Dembele would be huge, the potential of signing him is a rather unique situation. The 21-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best young players in world football, and he remains hot property despite his apparent struggles in Catalonia.4

Earlier this week it was reported that Arsenal have sent scouts to watch Mancini, the Atalanta defender. The 22-year-old has emerged as a real star since establishing himself in the Serie A clubs starting line-up, and hes even shown to be just as effective in an opponents area as his own – scoring four times in just 11 matches.The Gunners have taken note of Mancinis performances and, along with Borussia Dortmund, are keeping tabs on him. And they may be rushed into moving for Mancini given the interest in him, which could mean they approach the player when the transfer window reopens in January.

Junior Firpo

The 22-year-old Betis star has been linked with a move to Arsenal for a number of months, with their interest in the wing-back renewed earlier this week. The Gunners interest in a new left sided defender makes sense given Nacho Monreal, now 32, is still first choice for the position.4

A long-term replacement would be a wise purchase, and Firpo has shown he has the potential to get to the top of the game. He possesses all the traits of a modern day wing-back, with his remarkable tally of four goals in 27 matches proving his attacking talents.However, Arsenal will be forced to shell out almost 44million to sign Firpo, as he has a release clause written in his Betis contract. Nonetheless, talkSPORT told you earlier this month that the Gunners are not put off by such a high asking price.

Patrik Schick

Roma are expected to loan Schick out during the January window due to his struggles in the Italian capital, and Arsenal want to take advantage. The Czech Republic international was highly-rated during his time with Sampdoria, but hes failed to hit the back of the net with the same regularity since joining the Giallorossi.This has not turned Arsenal off the 22-year-old, with the Gunners seriously considering moving for Schick when the transfer window reopens to replace Danny Welbeck, who faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines with an ankle injury.Various reports have suggested Arsenal could offer Roma a player-plus-cash deal for Schick, with the north Londoners ready to use Aaron Ramsey, the Wales midfielder, as a makeweight.
