He currently owns 94.5 per cent of the club through his Inner Circle company after taking a majority stake in 2017.Anderson claimed in January he was ‘doing his utmost’ to find a buyer amid protests.But staff were told on Wednesday that the club hoped the latest deal will be done within the next 48 hours and the new owner will ensure March salaries will be paid on Friday.Staff wages in February were paid late, while players and coaching staff did not get theirs until March 12. A week later, the club confirmed takeover talks with another interested buyer – thought to be the Football Ventures consortium – had ended.The following day, Bolton were given two weeks to settle their debts or run the risk of going into administration after appearing in the High Court over an unpaid 1.2million tax bill.The case is due to be listed at the High Court on 3 April.Bolton are currently 23rd in the Championship, eight points off safety.
